Conditions of participation

1. Description

The Ingress Panel is operated as a survey panel for individuals who voluntarily register on the Site ("Members"). Member may participate in offered surveys related to the Service, conducted by Ingress or third parties. Member has no right to participate in surveys or receive invitations.

2. Rewards

Members can be invited by e-mail, indicating the possible reward they can receive for validly performing this activity, to a specific survey. The invitation email may contain specific information about the possible reward.

3. Membership conditions

You hereby expressly consent to receive emails from Ingress.

As a condition of your membership, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 16 years old;
  • you use a unique e-mail address;
  • all information you provide is complete, true and accurate;

4. Disclaimer of warranty

Ingress tries to make its service accessible to the largest possible number of members. Due to the wide technical diversity in terms of hardware devices, operating systems, browser types, and other technical specifications, Ingress cannot guarantee compatibility with all existing devices, operating systems, and browsers. In the event, that error-free use of the Ingress panel is not possible on certain devices, this is not to be considered discrimination or purposeful exclusion of individuals from the Ingress Services.

Liability for the availability of the Service for access and use, the products and services advertised, offered for delivery or delivered through the Service and Services and the information provided by the Service are excluded. In particular, to this extent, Ingress disclaims any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components, that the use of or the results of the use of the Service, or that the materials made available as part of the Service will be provided as part of the Service are correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable.

5. Limitation of liability

6. Release from liability

You release Ingress, officers and employees from liability for and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, damages, responsibilities, costs or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the manner related to the use of the Ingress Panel.

7. Termination

You have the right to terminate this contract at any time without notice and without giving any reason. The termination can be done simply by deleting your member account. In this case you have no claim against Ingress for the Restoration or reconstruction of your content.

8. Intellectual property

All sites operated by Ingress and any content on those sites and related surveys, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio files, videos, photographs, surveys, logos, or other materials are owned or authorized to be used by Ingress and its licensors, business partners and affiliates.

9. Applicable law

These conditions of participation are subject to German law. In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck enforceable, such provision shall be deleted without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. shall not be affected thereby. 10. Severability clause
